Ron led an active sporting career including State Grade football. He later was appointed as a Staff Coach for the Football Federation of Australia.
Ron’s life experiences provide fodder for novels that include Australian history, pleasure resorts, native treasures, and typical Australian characteristics.
Following some non-fiction writing, Ron began writing engaging stories of mystery and excitement, with his Coach Len series, his Jack Reacher architype. Raised close to a SovietMilitary town Len learned his street-smart skills and developed his protective nature for females prior to playing World Cup football for Poland.
